Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Air Import shipments.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Arrange delivery orders and co-ordinate customs clearance.
• Prepare and verify import documentation.
• Resolve customer queries and service issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP's and customer requirements.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
• Follow up on shipment milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain shipment records and MIS reports.
