Job description

Role Overview:

• We are looking for an Air Freight Operations Executive with strong experience in air export operations.
• The candidate will handle end-to-end air export shipments from booking and documentation to customs filing and airline handover at BLR Airport.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end air export operations space booking, documentation, customs clearance and cargo handover to airlines at Kempegowda International Airport (BLR).
• Coordinate with airlines for space allocation, rate confirmation and flight bookings including IndiGo, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Turkish Airlines, Thai Airways and Cathay Pacific.
• Prepare and verify all export documentation AWB (Master & House), Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, SDF, ARE-1 and other regulatory documents.
• File Shipping Bills on ICEGATE and coordinate with customs for LEO (Let Export Order).
• Handle DG (Dangerous Goods) shipments as per IATA DGR regulations.
• Manage temperature-sensitive and time-critical (express/flash mode) export cargo.
• Coordinate with clients for cargo readiness, pickup scheduling and pre-shipment requirements.
• Track shipments post-departure and send proactive updates to clients and overseas agents.
• Handle any post-shipment queries, claims and irregularities.
• Maintain accurate shipment files, MIS and billing records.
