Job summary

Procean Healthcare seeks an Export Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export operations from India. You will coordinate shipments by sea and air, prepare essential export documents, and ensure customs compliance across global borders.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate record-keeping, while building strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in Export Logistics or International Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipping.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipments through sea and air.
• Prepare and verify export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Shipping Bill.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms.
• Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and provide timely shipment updates.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
