Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining, gear production, and sprocket finishing.
• Knowledge of JIT and Kanban production planning strategies.
• Familiarity with TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and RCA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage sprocket production in gear division with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Implement QMS and safety requirements; oversee inventory management and data analysis.
• Lead process improvements and automation adoption to boost productivity.
