Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a production supervisor to plan and execute manufacturing on site in Rajasthan, India. The role demands hands-on experience with Lathe, VTL, GPM, PM, and HBM machines, plus strong CNC programming knowledge and safety leadership.

You will drive shopfloor production planning, coordination with QA and maintenance, and continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times, enhance OE, and control costs while developing team skills and ensuring quality adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing production to meet delivery schedules.
• Strong working knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement methods.
• Ability to coordinate with planning, QA, maintenance and methods teams for efficient shopfloor operations.

• Coordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance and Method teams.
• Ensure safety and promote zero-incident culture.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve shopfloor production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
• Monitor and control production costs and resource utilization.
• Develop team capability and ensure skill enhancement.
