Job summary

Skills Bridge in Bengaluru, India, invites applications for the role of Production & Maintenance Head. You will take end-to-end responsibility for machine shop, assembly, fabrication, tooling, welding, maintenance, paint and dispatch, driving quality, cost and delivery (QCD) targets.

The ideal candidate has leadership in PPC scheduling, outsourcing, ERP control, inventory, MTBF/MTTR, tooling and fixtures, and holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• End-to-end responsibility for machine shop, assembly, fabrication, tooling, welding, maintenance, paint and dispatch.
• Experience leading production schedules, outsourcing, ERP control, inventory, MTBF/MTTR, and NPD support.
• Lean, 5S, TPM, ISO, Kaizen and safety focus in a mid-sized industrial equipment firm.
