Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) seeks a BE/M.Tech Mechanical Engineer for a high-precision manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes CNC turning and milling (4-5 axis) with exposure to grinding and heat treatment.

Applicants should be proficient with Fanuc and Siemens controls, AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CAM, and strong in production planning, manpower management and cost control. A succession plan to Operations Head/GM is outlined.

Qualifications

• BE/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong experience in Precision & Mass Production.
• Expertise in CNC Turning & Milling (4-5 Axis).
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens CNC controls.
• Strong exposure to Turning, Milling, Grinding & Heat Treatment.
• Knowledge of Cutting Tools, AutoCAD, SolidWorks & CAM.
• Strong command over Production Planning, Productivity, Rejections & Manpower Management.
• Experience in Material Cost Control, Machine Capacity & Shop Loading.
• Proven ability to drive daily/weekly/monthly production & delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily/weekly/monthly production & delivery targets.
• Oversee CNC turning/milling operations and associated processes.
• Coordinate with tool engineers on cutting tools and CAM workflows.
• Ensure production planning aligns with capacity and shop loading.
• Lead manpower management and cost-control initiatives.
