Liontree Hr Consultants in Mumbai (Dadar) is seeking a proactive Non IT Recruiter to handle BFSI hiring requirements. The role involves understanding client needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through joining formalities.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, maintain recruitment data, and ensure successful placements for BFSI clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview process.
• Manage and coordinate candidate documentation, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Drive candidates through the complete recruitment cycle until successful joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the recruitment tracker.
