Massive Jobss is seeking an Agency Manager to recruit quality insurance advisors and drive business targets in India. The role requires field sales experience and hands-on training to help advisors reach their goals.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and monitor performance while maintaining compliance with company standards. Candidates should be graduates with at least 6 months of sales experience, own a vehicle, and be aged 22–42.
