Job summary

Aditya Birla Health Insurance is seeking an Agency Manager in Thane, Maharashtra. You will recruit, train and develop quality insurance advisors and guide them to obtain licensing, enabling them to procure health policies and service customers.

You will drive sales through strong relationship building with channel partners, profile distributors, monitor sales portals, and ensure timely closures while meeting regional targets. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation is required.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
• Willingness to field sales work.

The purpose of this job is to recruit quality employees & support / train them to enable them procure health insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.

• To recruit, train & develop good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• Drives ongoing sales from the defined relationships and contribute towards regions achievements
• Obtains and analyzes information from market to identify new clients, makes direct pitches, liaises with channel partners to increase sales
• Profiles distributors and caters to their requirements to ensure ongoing business from them
• Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information collation and analysis
• Continuous follow-up with prospects to ensure sales closure
