The OPD Coordinator will manage OPD appointments, doctor schedule coordination, patient flow, queue management, registration support, and patient guidance at MGM New Bombay Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This requires graduate qualification preferred with 2–5 years of experience.

• Coordinate OPD appointments, doctor schedules, and patient consultation flow.
• Guide patients for registration, billing, consultation, investigations, and pharmacy.
• Maintain appointment records, patient lists, enquiry logs, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, and diagnostics.
• Manage waiting area communication and reduce patient waiting time.
• Handle patient queries politely and escrow delays promptly.
• Track pending reports and follow-up consultations.
• Ensure organized and patient-friendly OPD operations.
