The OPD Executive will be responsible for managing outpatient department coordination, patient registration support, appointment scheduling, patient flow, doctor consultation assistance, documentation, and interdepartmental communication at Health1 Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires any graduate qualification, 1–2 years of experience, good communication skills, computer knowledge, and patient-friendly behavior. The candidate will ensure smooth OPD workflow and a positive patient experience.

• Coordinate daily OPD patient flow and outpatient service operations.
• Assist patients with registration, consultation process, reports, and department guidance.
• Manage appointment schedules, doctor availability, waiting queues, and patient movement.
• Guide patients to consultation rooms, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, and procedure areas.
• Verify patient details, OPD files, reports, and required documents before consultation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy teams.
• Track delays, pending investigations, repeat consultation needs, and patient concerns.
• Maintain OPD registers, patient trackers, daily reports, and coordination records.
• Handle patient queries politely and elevate complaints to seniors when required.
