Role Overview

The Billing Coordinator will manage OPD/IPD billing, discharge billing, payment coordination, bill verification, documentation, and patient billing support at MGM New Bombay Hospital, Navi Mumbai. Graduate qualification is preferred with 2–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare OPD, IPD, emergency, procedure, and discharge bills accurately.
• Verify patient details, services, pharmacy, investigations, and package entries.
• Coordinate with nursing, doctors, pharmacy, diagnostics, TPA, and accounts teams.
• Explain bill details, deposits, refunds, and pending dues to patients.
• Maintain billing records, reports, and payment documentation.
• Support discharge billing and final clearance.
• Ensure accurate and patient-friendly billing service.
