Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end white‑collar recruitment for Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, and Infrastructure clients in Mumbai (Goregaon East and Airoli). You will source and screen candidates via job portals and referrals, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and timelines, building a robust database of qualified professionals, and ensuring smooth

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles in Oil & Gas/Construction/EPC/Infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and manage interview scheduling and onboarding.
