Job summary

Hikvision India seeks a Learning & Development professional to drive training needs analysis, calendar planning, and program delivery across departments in a manufacturing environment. You will manage LMS, maintain competency maps, and ensure compliance with ISO and EHS standards.

The role emphasizes tracking training impact, maintaining records, and supporting succession planning to build employee capability and cross-functional skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Engineering, or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in Learning & Development/Training, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of TNA, competency mapping, skill matrix, and training effectiveness.
