Forace Speciality Chem is seeking a Learning & Development professional to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The role involves conducting TNA, identifying skill gaps, and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training.

You will also monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements, ensuring ISO documentation and quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of competency mapping and skill gap analysis.
• Experience with ISO documentation and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
