Responsibilities

• Execute Data Management & Daily Operations: Oversee daily administrative workflows by handling data collection, maintaining clean spreadsheets and databases, organizing digital files, updating customer/internal records, and generating operational reports.
• Lead Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and outreach via digital platforms to identify and connect with potential decision-makers.
• Qualify & Nurture Sales Leads: Manage incoming client inquiries, assess business requirements, log prospective deals into the CRM, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
• Drive Social Media Management: Plan, draft, and publish regular brand content across company channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to increase brand visibility.
• Manage Digital Engagement: Respond to incoming messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms promptly to maintain a responsive company image.
