Job summary

HL Klemove is seeking a focused Customer Quality professional to support automotive quality processes in India. The role involves monitoring customer quality performance across multiple lines, collecting monthly PPM data, and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution of quality issues.

Responsibilities include handling warranty and field returns, interacting with automotive OEMs, preparing 8D and PPAP documentation, managing 4M changes, and coordinating PPAP audits with customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer Quality performance monitoring for 3M1 MIL 12M1 MIL / PSA/ HMI/ M&M/MAIL In Line & Field
• Receive Customer PPM on Monthly basis and share to Internal team
• Handling of Warranty Part Analysis, Handling of Field returns & Claim
• Automotive OEM Customers Interaction & Communication
• Prepare 8D report for Customer In Line, Warranty Rejections & Field rejections and submit to customer
• Prepare PPAP document, submission and PSW approval from Customer
• 4M Change Handling & Controls for OEM/Tier 1 customers and approval from customer
• Conduct the Product audit, Error Proof and Dock Audit as per the plan.
• Create awareness among operators regarding CSR, Customers rejections through continuous training
• Prepare Agreement of Inspection based on OEM/Tier 1 customer requirement
• Conduct MIP Audit and Co-ordinate with Customer for PPAP Audit and closures.
• Coordinating for Customer regular Audits and follow up with customers for open issue closures.
• Prepare and Submit Revalidation report to Customer as per annual plan.
• Co-ordinate with customer for all quality concerns & Requirements
• Periodic sharing of reports as per the time line with respect to AOI
• Prepare weekly management report & Global Quality Reports and Open issue closures follow up
• Handling of Customer Audits, Actions Implementations & Closures
• Handling of PCBA & Assembly parts
