Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring total Quality Assurance at Incoming, Final & Outgoing Quality on an hourly basis; creates a quality plan for required components.
• Process inspection verifying work order requirements, 5S, ESD, screw torque, equipment temperature, and humidity, etc.
• Ensure all staff/workers follow SOP.
• Generate quality data and analyze abnormal/special case problems and track improvement.
• Assist QC leader to track or deal with issues in assembly.
• Implement Problem-solving tools in the Shop floor (7 QC Tools).
• Ensure the safety of operators, and respect of equipment and environment.
• Analyze In house rejections by Pareto; Cause & Effect Diagram, Root cause Analysis & 5Whys.
• Deliver the Production with Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
• Monitoring the Process Flow in each & every stage of production is as per the required specification.
• Filling 8D formats for internal Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Setting/Checking process parameters, and hourly output standards.
• Continuous monitoring of rejections & initiating actions for Scrap Reduction.
• Reviewing the Non-conformity with the CFT team to take immediate Corrective Measures.
• Preparing Weekly\Monthly Quality performance Reports to Top Management.
• Initiating Kaizen Projects

Participating in daily audits, internal audits, and customer audits.
