Job summary

CIEL HR in Gurugram is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to act as the single point of contact for customer issues and drive end-to-end complaint resolution.

You will coordinate CAPA actions, maintain customer scorecards, and support audits and NC closures, while ensuring documentation and QMS controls are up to date. Strong data analysis and knowledge of SAP are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer issues and driving CAPA actions.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VSA or QMS practices.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train employees on CTQ and quality concepts.
• Experience in document control and PPAP/APQP processes.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for customer issue handling.
• Own end to end customer complaint handling.
• Submission of interim action / corrective action / permanent action based on customer guidelines.
• Conduct CAPA/A4 for major customer issues.
• Maintain Customer scorecard and action against low rating.
• Control and check Customer return rejection / PPM / COPQ.
• Submission of SMIR & 4M on monthly basis.
• Responsible for Internal & External audits & NC closers.
• Monitor in Process & outgoing quality to reduce customer complaint.
• Data analysis and action in process concern & PDI concern.
• Maintain document related to IATF, VSA / QMS.
• Knowledge of VSA audit.
• Process & Product auditing and NC reporting.
• Documentation and control PPAP, APQP etc.
• Revision of documents based on requirements.
• Review and control of Procedures.
• MRM & MIS preparation.
• Training related to CTQ / customer defects to employee.
• Develop, maintain & update QMS documents, SOP, WI etc.
• Coordinate external training & Audits.
• Follow up and closer of audit NCs.
• Line patrolling.
• Line troubleshooting handling & Correction.
• Having good knowledge of Quality tools / Core tools / SAP etc
