CIEL HR on-site Recruiter (Non-IT / Manufacturing) is sought to manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers. The role requires 3-5 years of experience and a full-time on-site schedule (Mon to Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).

The candidate will source through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with managers, negotiate offers, and maintain recruitment trackers to ensure timely hiring.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
