Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
• Explain C2H terms, contract duration, payroll structure, and conversion process to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Complete documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up during contract period and support conversion to permanent employment.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and candidates.
• Meet recruitment targets and turnaround-time requirements.
