Job summary

Maxgrow Consulting in Madurai District, Tamil Nadu, India, is seeking a recruitment specialist to handle end-to-end non-IT and healthcare hiring. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, social media and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include following up with candidates through selection, offer, and joining stages, maintaining databases and trackers, and handling multiple requirements to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Graduates with HR/recruitment background preferred.
• Experience in Non-IT and Healthcare recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets in a recruitment-driven environment.
