Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is looking for an experienced Non-IT recruitment specialist to source candidates across Pharma, Construction, Retail and Consulting. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand needs and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, salary negotiation, and maintaining accurate candidate tracking while delivering efficient, cost-conscious hiring solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 2+ years of experience in core Non-IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing candidates in a specific technology area (Pharma/ Construction/ Retail/Consulting Business).
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Carry out recruitment drives and conducting interviews for capturing the best talent from the market as per company's business requirements.
• Evaluate candidates against the business requirements.
• Negotiate and explain salary to new joiners.
• Work with team to improvise on the existing recruitment patterns to make recruitment more cost and time effective.
• Proficiently prepare and maintain the candidate tracking sheet.
