Job summary

Praxis Hr Solution in Dehradun is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals, and understand client requirements.

You will screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, maintain candidate databases, and meet daily, weekly, monthly targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Understand job descriptions and client requirements to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
• Support salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
