• End-to-End Recruitment: lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for international clients.
• Domain Sourcing for non-IT roles across Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, and Finance.
• Utilize portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and Boolean search to build pipelines.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Management: screening, evaluating fit, and maintaining communication.
• Shift Alignment: work during Noon Shift to match international time zones.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic International Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. If you have hands‑on experience sourcing and placing candidates in global markets (US / International) across non-technical domains, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for international clientsfrom sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Domain Sourcing: Actively recruit for specialized non-IT domains, including Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, and Finance.
• Talent Sourcing Strategy: Leverage job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and Boolean search techniques to pipeline high-caliber candidates.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Management: Conduct preliminary screening interviews, evaluate candidate fitment, and maintain seamless communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Shift Alignment: Operate effectively during Noon Shift hours to align with international client time zones.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Proven track record in US or International Non-IT Recruitment.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience recruiting for at least one of these sectors: Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, or Finance.
• Location: Candidates currently based in Hyderabad (or open to relocating immediately).
• Sourcing Skills: Expertise in advanced Boolean searching, international job boards, and passive candidate engagement.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
