Job summary

W3Global in Hyderabad is seeking a US Non-IT Recruiter to join as a full-time, direct hire role. You will manage sourcing, screening, and candidate communication for diverse non-IT domains, aligning with US hiring standards.

Expect night shift hours (7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST) with incentives up to 24 LPA and growth opportunities. Willingness to work on-site at Begumpet and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT fields in recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more.
• A track record of meeting goals and KPIs.
• Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean search to find qualified resumes across multiple domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
