Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Engineering, EPC, Industrial, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical engineering roles and project-based hiring.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and deliver within tight deadlines.
