Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. in Noida is seeking an Engineering and Non-IT Recruiter with 3–8 years of experience to manage end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles.

You will source candidates via portals and networks, screen resumes, coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and drive a smooth candidate experience from offer to onboarding. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience recruiting for non-IT roles including data center technicians, field technicians, safety/construction managers, legal assistants and paralegals.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including: Data Center Technicians, Field Technicians, Safety/Construction Managers (OSHA-related roles), Legal Assistants and Paralegals.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination.
