Job summary

WORKSENT in Kerala, India, is seeking a vigilant IT Operations/Support professional to rapidly respond to alerts, restore or escalate service issues as per established SLAs, and manage system backups and network security protocols.

You will facilitate crisis management conference calls during production outages, document incidents, track outages through ticketing and reporting tools, diagnose and troubleshoot errors, and escalate urgent problems to management per SOP.

Qualifications

• Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate.
• MCSE/MCSA/CCNA certification would be a plus.
• Willing to work in dedicated night shift.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.
• Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner.
• Track all planned and unplanned Systems & Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.
• Managing system backups and network security protocols.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors.
• Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports.
• Escalate the technical issues which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
