Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Network Operations Associate to monitor devices, servers and applications, identify incidents, and escalate issues promptly. The role requires hands-on familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic hardware knowledge in Windows and Linux environments.

You will support incident management, maintain logs and documentation, perform routine health checks, and coordinate with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching).
• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
