Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor network devices, servers, applications, and infrastructure components using monitoring tools
• Identify alarms, performance issues, and service outages in real time.
• Perform initial assessment and categorize incidents based on severity and impact.
• Follow documented procedures/runbooks to resolve common alerts and incidents.
• Collect necessary logs and diagnostic data for further analysis.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams following escalation guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and customers for incident resolution.
• Track incident progress to ensure SLA compliance.
• Log incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shift logs.
• Document new issues, workarounds, and knowledge-base articles when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
