Job summary

TENARAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a NOC Engineer with 5+ years of experience in network operations or engineering. You will act as offshore technical lead and primary escalation point, supporting P1 incidents and tuning monitoring tools.

You will oversee change plans, capacity planning, and RCAs, while mentoring L3 engineers and ensuring high-availability network operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network operations or engineering.
• Offshore technical lead and escalation point in NOC.
• Experience with monitoring tools and change management.

NOC Engineer

Experience: 5+ years in network operations or engineering

Responsibilities:

• Act as the offshore technical lead and highest technical escalation point in the NOC.
• Support P1 major incidents with deep troubleshooting alongside the onsite L4s.
• Own monitoring tool health and alert rule tuning across NNM, ThousandEyes and NetScout.
• Review and approve change plans, including emergency changes outside business hours.
• Lead capacity planning and technical reporting.
• Review RCAs and mentor L3 engineers.

Required skills:

• Expert routing, switching, WAN/SD-WAN, firewalls and DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
• Hands-on with NNM, ThousandEyes, NetScout, Infoblox, Palo Alto Firewalls and SASE.
• ServiceNow incident, problem and change.
• Scripting (Python) is a plus.

Preferred certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, ITIL v4 Foundation.
