Job summary

Excitel Broadband Private Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an NOC L1 Engineer responsible for day-to-day network operations during the shift and for maintaining highly available network architectures.

You will handle fault identification, coordinate with L2 teams for troubleshooting, ensure 24/7 production availability, and provide on-call support to vendors and stakeholders, with night shifts included.

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Tech) or Diploma; CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical faults and major escalations and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with L2 team for immediate troubleshooting on identified faults.
• Ensure 24/7 availability of the production environment and lead daily operations.
• On-call support with Lastmile vendor/partners (ERP).
• Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts (including night shifts).
• Implement incident-driven emergency changes.
• Provide on-call support to stakeholders.
