What would you do?

• Complex Billing Project Management - Escalation from front line to resolve complex billing issues
• Analyze and determine resolution actions of recurring billing issues
• Perform pre-bill validations and share anomalies with billing operations team
• Perform internal and external audits at periodic intervals & ensure adequate controls are in place for the observations identified.
• Good Customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge
• Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent its recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
