Job summary

Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems in Hyderabad is seeking a key account-focused professional to drive specifier engagement, build relationships with electrical consultants, PMC and other influencers, and ensure our products are specified in upcoming projects.

You will identify projects from design to execution, support the sales team to convert specifications into orders, and provide market intelligence to sharpen business strategy.

Job Purpose

To develop and maintain relationships with key project influencers such as Electrical consultants, Contractors, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and ensuring the company's products are specified in upcoming projects and driving business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSpecifier Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, project management consultants, and key influencers.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote company products and solutions.
• Develop a database of specifiers and maintain regular engagement plans.

Project Identification & Tracking

• Identify and track upcoming construction, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Generate project leads through consultants / PMC's
• Monitor project progress from design stage to execution.

Product Specification

• Ensure company products are specified and approved in project BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to specifiers.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address project-specific requirements.

Business Development

• Influence decision-makers to create product preference in target projects.
• Generate business opportunities through project specifications.
• Support sales teams in converting specified projects into orders.

Market Intelligence

• Gather information on competitor products, market trends, and upcoming projects.
• Share insights with sales and management teams to strengthen business strategy.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, technical, and project teams.
• Submit regular reports on specifier visits, project status, specifications secured, and conversion rates.
• Maintain project pipelines in CRM systems.
