• Achieve sales target for assigned territory.
• Manage various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect and Alternate).
• Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth.
• Develop channel in the new markets.
• Drive device, activation and recharge business through distributors.
• Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes.
• Monitor and train the team and channel partners.
