Job summary

Jio in Jhansi is seeking a Mobility Sales Lead to drive growth across urban and rural markets, overseeing distribution channels and planning product and town-level expansion. You will also manage key retail outlets, including modern trade, and ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of sales experience, with graduate/postgraduate/MBA qualifications preferred, and a proven track record of achieving targets while developing new markets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably mobility or channel sales.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target for assigned territory (Urban & Rural).
• Manage various distribution channels (direct, indirect and alternate).
• Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth.
• Develop channel in the new markets.
• Drive Business of device, activation and recharge through distributors.
• Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes.
• Monitor and train the team and channel partners.
