PROJECT MANAGER - MEP

• To coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
• To be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline.
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

• Educational Qualification

• BE / DCE with Minimum of 15 to 20 Years Experience
• Must have handled Hotel & Resort Projects End to End
• Willing to travel & stay near work locations till the duration of the project
• Good Intrapersonal skills
• Proficient in relevant Software
