Job summary

MRG Group seeks a Senior Manager – MEP to lead design, execution, contracts, cost control, safety and commissioning across its hospitality and infrastructure projects. The role oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems and energy management, driving value engineering and vendor coordination.

The incumbent will review drawings, BOQs and submissions, manage tenders and contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the MEP team toward timely handovers and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant MEP experience, preferably in hospitality, commercial or large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in MEP execution, project management and contracts.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM/Revit and project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP planning, design coordination and execution for projects.
