GRT Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate people and processes to ensure timely project delivery within budget for hotel & resort developments in Tamil Nadu and nearby areas.

The role requires leading end-to-end project management, handling internal resources and vendors, and maintaining strict timelines and scope. Willingness to travel and stay near job locations is essential.

Qualifications

• BE / DCE with 15 to 20 years of experience in project management.
• Must have handled hotel & resort projects end to end.
• Willing to travel & stay near work locations for the duration of the project.
• Good intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people and processes to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation, and deliver every project on time within budget and scope.
