Job summary

Vandhara Resorts in Silvassa, India seeks a senior Project Manager skilled in Civil, Plumbing, Electrical and MEP works to lead large-scale construction, renovation and maintenance for resort properties. Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in resorts, hotels, hospitality or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Plumbing, Electrical and MEP works.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on technical knowledge and project execution experience.

Responsibilities
