Job summary

Club Mahindra is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of hotel MEP works, from mobilization to handover, on site.

You will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, review drawings, manage progress, budgets, safety, and ensure seamless delivery across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ME / EE required.
• 8-12+ years experience in MEP execution and project management in hospitality or commercial developments.
• Hands-on experience with site execution, contractor coordination, installation, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works at the project site, from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP activities.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and shop drawings for site implementation and constructability.
• Monitor progress of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and utility systems.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and coordination issues to avoid project delays.
• Drive contractor performance, inspections, testing, and quality compliance across all MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate closely with Civil, Interior teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare and present regular site progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates to management.

• Proven site management and contractor coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, quality control, safety standards, and budget management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
