Interiors Etc is seeking an MEP Project Manager for an on-site role in Halol. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, coordinating with design, construction and contractor teams to meet specifications and safety standards.

You will review drawings, manage budgets and track milestones from inception to handover, ensuring quality and timely delivery while engaging with clients and stakeholders. This role emphasizes risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Role Description

The MEP Project Manager will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components for interior projects having 7-8 years of relevant experience, ensuring that designs, installations, and systems meet project specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Halol, where the individual will coordinate with design, construction, and contractor teams to plan, schedule, and monitor MEP works from inception to handover. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, managing budgets and cost controls related to MEP scope, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving technical issues on-site. The MEP Project Manager will conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with codes and quality standards, prepare project reports, and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves risk management, supporting value engineering decisions, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
