Job summary

Adecco India seeks an experienced MEP Manager for project execution in Assam. You will lead HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems across hospital, hotel, and commercial buildings, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client teams. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5–10+ years’ MEP experience is required.

Travel to project sites will be required; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to manage design, BOQs, and material coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Experience in hospitals, high-rise buildings, commercial and hotel projects.
• Exposure to healthcare projects and hospital MEP systems is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Experience in the construction and commissioning of Hospitals, High-Rise Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Mixed-Use Developments, or 5-Star Hotels.
• Exposure to healthcare projects and hospital MEP systems will be an added advantage.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client teams during project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Knowledge of MEP design, technical specifications, BOQs, and bill of materials.
• Familiarity with hospital-specific services such as Medical Gas Systems, Nurse Call Systems, and Pneumatic Chute Systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
