Job summary

RMZ is seeking a Site In-charge for MEP works on a Gurugram project. You will lead execution of MEP activities, coordinating with architects, consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of experience in commercial/office buildings, BE/BTech in HVAC/Electrical, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. You will drive EHS planning and vendor bill verifications on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (HVAC/Electrical) is required.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in commercial/office buildings.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project In-charge for MEP works.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants.
• Plan and coordinate EHS activities and ensure compliance.
• Schedule project activities with the internal planning team.
• Coordinate with the procurement team.
• Verify vendor bills and measurements.

• Co-ordination with Consultants
• Co-ordination with Cross functional teams i.e Civil, planning & Contracts, Procurement, EHS.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS FOR THE JOB

• Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (HVAC/Electrical)
• Minimum Relevant work experience : 12-15 years in commercial/Office bldgs
• Exposed to Development comprehensively
• Good communication skills, Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office etc
