Job summary

Prime Homes Services Bangalore is seeking an experienced Project Manager MEP to lead the MEP scope of large residential and commercial projects in Bengaluru, delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.

You will manage vendor selection, site execution, testing, commissioning and handover, with 10–15 years of MEP project management experience, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV/BMS and lifts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MEP project management and execution with a developer or MEP contractor.
• Experience on high-rise or large residential/commercial projects.
• Experience in tendering and execution/billing.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, HT/LT electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV/BMS and lifts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera and Excel.
• Strong vendor negotiation and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP scope of residential and commercial projects end to end: vendor selection, site execution, commissioning and handover.
• Drive site execution of all MEP packages against project schedule and budget.
• Resolve clashes and clear shop drawings with civil, faade and interiors teams.
• Verify and certify vendor bills and variations.
• Maintain quality, safety and statutory approvals (CEIG, fire NOC, lift, DG, BESCOM).
• Carry out testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Give management regular updates on progress, cost and risks.

Role

Lead the MEP scope of residential and commercial projects end to end: vendor selection, site execution, commissioning and handover. Responsible for delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Post-Contract / Execution

• Drive site execution of all MEP packages against the project schedule and budget.
• Resolve clashes and clear shop drawings with civil, faade and interiors teams.
• Verify and certify vendor bills and variations.
• Maintain quality, safety and statutory approvals (CEIG, fire NOC, lift, DG, BESCOM).
• Carry out testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Give management regular updates on progress, cost and risks.

Must Have

• 10+ years in MEP project management and execution with a developer or a reputed MEP contractor, on high-rise or large residential/commercial projects.
• Practical experience in both tendering and execution/billing.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, HT/LT electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV/BMS and lifts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera and Excel.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills and a sense of ownership.

Preferred

• Premium/luxury projects, RERA-regulated delivery, Bengaluru vendor network and approvals.
