Job summary

Dhinwa Construction & Engineering is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works for high-rise building projects. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor MEP activities to ensure quality and timely completion as per project specs.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, overseeing testing, commissioning, and handover, plus maintaining safety and compliance across all MEP systems on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certifications in MEP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and civil teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure execution of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, STP/WTP, and ELV systems as per approved drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes.
• Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely completion of MEP activities as per project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is mandatory.
