Job summary

Adhaan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Manager MEP (Engineering Projects) to lead MEP execution on greenfield commercial developments in Ahmedabad with travel to sites.

You will oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting installations, coordinating with civil and architectural teams and ensuring quality compliance. The role requires 5+ years of experience in high-rise or大型 commercial structures, with end-to-end project execution from excavation to handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience with greenfield commercial/high-rise projects is essential.
• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor MEP installation works at project sites.
• Ensure coordination of MEP services with civil, architectural, and structural works.
• Monitor progress to meet project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, contractors and vendors for smooth MEP execution.
• Facilitate coordination between design consultants and site teams for MEP designs.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely procurement and delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specs and standards.
• Maintain records of drawings, test reports, site progress, material consumption and issues.
• Assist in tendering processes for MEP packages and verify contractor bills and measurements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.

MANAGER MEP (ENGINEERING PROJECTS)

Location: Ahmedabad (with Business Travels to other Project Sites)

Experience: Above 5 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Must Have Aspects

• Should be from Electrical Background.
• Should have worked from excavation stage for a high-rise commercial project from start to finish.
• Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Project Overview

• Flagship Project Type (primary work location): Greenfield Corporate / Commercial Development
• Building Structure:
  • Ahmedabad: (1) 115m Iconic Commercial Building with Built Up Area of 10L Sqft (2) 4 basement + 2 Podium + 23 Floors
• Joining: No later than 15th Nov 26.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision

• Supervise and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) installation works at project sites.
• Ensure proper coordination of MEP services with civil, architectural, and structural works.
• Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of MEP works.
• Facilitate coordination between design consultants and site teams for implementation of MEP designs.
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material procurement and delivery.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory regulations, and project quality standards.
• Assist in obtaining necessary statutory approvals and certifications related to MEP installations.

Technical Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of drawings, test reports, site progress, material consumption, and site issues.
• Track and report project progress, delays, risks, and deviations to the Project Manager.

Procurement & Billing

• Assist in tendering processes for MEP packages.
• Verify contractor bills, work completion reports, and measurement records.
• Support procurement activities related to MEP systems and equipment.

Testing & Commissioning

• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems and installations.
• Ensure smooth integration of all MEP services before final project completion.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in greenfield commercial / corporate buildings, hotels, malls, or high-rise commercial structures with basements.
• Experience handling projects from execution stage to final handover.

Education

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
