Job summary

Vestian Global Workplace Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced MEP Project Lead to oversee end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV and BMS systems, review technical submissions, and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver quality work.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years of experience in MEP project execution, with strong knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in MEP project execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, ELV and BMS.
• End-to-end MEP execution experience for corporate office fit-outs.
• Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, specs, testing and commissioning.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, vendor/contractor management and cost control.
• Strong client coordination, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP execution for corporate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP execution for corporate interior fit-out / Design & Build projects from planning through testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Manage execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, BMS, and associated MEP services.

• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions for execution.

• Coordinate closely with design, civil & interiors, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, budgets, procurement requirements, and site progress.

• Manage MEP contractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to project specifications.

• Identify and resolve design clashes, site constraints, technical issues, and execution challenges.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and client requirements.

• Drive testing, commissioning, snag closure, documentation, and final handover of MEP systems.

• Support value engineering and cost optimization without compromising project quality or performance.

Job Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in MEP project execution, preferably in corporate interior fit-outs / Design & Build projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, ELV, and BMS systems.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end MEP execution for commercial/corporate office fit-outs.

• Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, coordination, BOQs, material specifications, testing, and commissioning.

• Experience in project planning, budgeting, vendor/contractor management, and cost control.

• Strong client coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
